Strenght workout 2015

This month of February the Inside Journey Project has started a new program of workout: strenght!

We don’t want only to improve our condition but also our strenght. That’s why our personal trainer, Mirco, will teach us every Monday some exercises to make our muscles more dense and hence become stronger!

To achieve this we train several rounds with few repetions and a lot of recovery time. It’s not about excersising for a long time but a concentrated and intense workout to grow stronger.

Join us and improve your bodies force.

Do not forget to bring your sports clothes and let’s have fun together!
