If you want to be fit, we, the Inside Journey Project, have got the solution for you!
In February we continue the body weight exercises focused on condition and general control over your body. Keep in mind that we changed the day in the week and the hour. The bodyweight excersises will be every Thursday at 15h.
Besides, you will never get bored because we use different techniques and exercises every week.
We will also implement a score sheat on which you can keep track of your improvement.
Do not forget to bring your sports clothes and let’s have fun together!
Every Friday in January at 17h we hosted the workshop “Workin ‘out’ in which we pushed our bodies and our minds to improve our bodies capabilities. The workshop is based on various yoga exercises and calisthenics PRASARITA, and as it is divided into 4 levels, which makes this workshop ideal both for beginners and those more advanced training enthusiasts.
